We have received multiple inquiries surrounding the status of the amenities within the community. We certainly understand your concerns and frustration. Unfortunately, the HOA, and Essex as the managing agent, have no control over the timeline or construction schedule for any of the amenities that were proposed for the community by the Developer. The HOA assumes ownership, and Essex commences management, once the construction is complete and the City gives final approval in the form of a CO, or Certificate of Occupancy.
