North Amenity Center Access Update

The Association is currently awaiting confirmation of internet installation at the facility. In the interim, we are coordinating with the access control provider to install a temporary keypad at the main entrance. This will allow homeowners to access the amenity center using a temporary access code until the full system is online.

Facility Access & Hours:

• Hours of Operation: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM, daily
• Expected Opening: Early next week, following the scheduled keypad installation on Saturday

Future Mobile Access via Paxton App

Once internet service has been established, homeowners will receive a follow-up communication with detailed instructions to register for access through the Paxton app (available via the Apple App Store and Google Play).

After registration, Essex will issue digital credentials that enable secure entry via your mobile device. Please note the following:
• Each credential is assigned to a single device.
• Households with multiple users will need to request additional credentials, as they are non-transferable.
