North Amenity Center Now Open for Resident Use

We are excited to announce that the North Amenity Center is now open and available for resident use!



Facility Access & Hours
Hours of Operation: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM, daily
• Temporary Access Code: 1776
o This code will remain active until January 5th while residents set up their mobile credentials.
o After January 5th, entry will require mobile access through the Paxton Key app.



Important Access Information
Please note the following requirements for amenity access:
1. One Request Per Person: A separate access request form must be submitted for each individual, using a unique email address.
2. Non-Homeowners: If access is requested for someone not listed as a homeowner, proof of residency is required. After the form is submitted, our team will reach out to obtain a photo of their driver’s license or state-issued ID showing the property address (all other information may be redacted).
3. Minors: Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by a homeowner while using the facilities.
4. Renters/Tenants:
o Tenants cannot submit access requests directly.
o Homeowners must complete the request on their tenant’s behalf.
o Access will automatically deactivate upon lease expiration.
o Homeowners are responsible for providing updated lease documentation for renewals. New tenants require a new form to be submitted.



How to Set Up Mobile Access (Paxton Key App)

Please note: You will not be able to download and activate your mobile credentials until you receive an email invitation from support@paxton10portal.com.

Step 1: Submit the Pool Access Request Form
Complete the form using the link below:

Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email from:
Paxton – support@paxton10portal.com
(If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.)

Step 2: Download the Paxton Key App
After receiving the email, download the Paxton Key app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

3. Complete Registration
• Open the email from Paxton and follow Step 2 in the message.
• Example: “Once installed, a registration code will be provided via email from support@paxton10portal.com.”
• Click “Register” in the app. It will automatically populate your registration code and complete the setup process.
