The Hurricane Creek Public Improvement District was created by the City of Anna. The City levied assessments on the property within the district to fund public infrastructure improvements within the district boundary including the streets, water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage that benefit the property within the district. The assessments are paid over a term of 30 years. More detailed information can be found in the Service and Assessment Plan document which is updated each year by the City. The Service and Assessment Plan details the costs and location of the improvements and includes buyer disclosures with the estimated installment schedule.
