Amenity Update

We have received multiple inquiries surrounding the status of the amenities within the community. We certainly understand your concerns and frustration. Unfortunately, the HOA, and Essex as the managing agent, have no control over the timeline or construction schedule for any of the amenities that were proposed for the community by the Developer. The HOA assumes ownership, and Essex commences management, once the construction is complete and the City gives final approval in the form of a CO, or Certificate of Occupancy. Per the construction team, we have the following updates to offer:

Site 1-A: The pool equipment installation has been scheduled. Plaster for the pool will be next. They are hoping for completion by the end of July, providing the City gives the green light. The playground is complete.

Site 1-B: More dirt is needed for correct grading and to complete sidewalks. If everything goes according to their schedule and plans, they are hoping for an end of August completion date. The playground is still in progress for this site.

Once the pools are open for use, we are prepared to extend the pool season and swim times so that Homeowners will be able to get as much use as possible this year.

We are also in the process of scheduling a Town Hall meeting to address all concerns and questions that you may have. Once the date, time and venue have been established, we will notify the community via email and post the information on the community website.
